- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-01, by Antony SpencerKitchen fitted in March every thing looked good until we got a leak from new pipe work took many calls to customer services ,3 fitters and 5 weeks later it got fixed but by this time the floor was ruined.Rang customer services about damaged floor who spoke to MD and was told it was not Premiers fault claim off your house insurance so they can claim off fitter. So I am now £250 out of pocket due to excess. All along premier have basically wiped their hands of it.I would recommend you go somewhere else unless you want 5 months of hassle.
