  Only think I can say about this shop as a newbie to it and the area:Heaven really is a place on Earth and that place is comic culture. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, I was told of all events going on there and made to feel so welcome. I will definitely become a regular here. As a person who dreamt of going to a comic and card shop I have been anything but let down. This Place is amazing. I think all the bad reviews are for pretty stupid and one sided reasons. Thank you for your service comic culture.

  I've been to the store on the odd occasion (maybe 6 times) and not once have I felt welcome. First I went in as I had never seen the store before, wasn't acknowledged and when I left after browsing all I got was a grunt. I appreciate I didn't buy anything but not everyone that comes in buys stuff. Second time I went in to buy a particular set of cards and was greeted, bought my cards, overheard some absolutely awful language from some of the patrons and then left. Third time I went in to buy some graphic novels, asked about comic subscriptions, gave a list of things I was after and was told I'd get a call - nothing. Then every time I've been in since the atmosphere is very clique-esque, the gamers are very loud (not a problem) but quite often very sweary (is a problem) and I also don't respond well to sarcastic comments like "We can't stock everything" - yes I appreciate that but if I politely ask if you have something I expect a polite response. Poor customer service. Not child friendly (swearing). Not very welcoming. There are better shops locally.
