Called in today to discuss the purchase of a garden room. We were met by a furniture salesman who was pleasant and made us coffee and considering he had been ther 2 weeks was great. He went to fetch one of the sales men from the correct dept who I think was one of the owners. He returned to apologise that the person in question was going on holiday and was busy with quotes! Fair enough! We left never to return.
