  Great buying experience. Our sales executive was professional and knowledgeable, never pushy and went to great lengths to find us exactly the vehicle we wanted. Finance was sorted with minimal fuss and everyone was really friendly (even the main manager, Andy i think..) made time to come and say Hi and thank us.

  Despite having a local dealership in Cambridge, we found the car we really wanted via the Lincoln dealership of (Marshall) Nissan and was convinced to travel the 180 mile round trip because of the customer service on the phone, by email and eventually in person. In particular, Scott Heath, the sales executive who managed the purchase of our Nissan X-Trail Tekna, was simply superb. Great customer service makes the biggest difference and we have to say that the customer service we experienced and going the extra mile to ensure we were totally satisfied was truly excellent. We can't recommend Scott and team highly enough - we love the X-Trail too!

  Poor customer service. Due to the closure of Boston we had a choice between Lincoln and Grantham. After initially requesting a call via the online chat system and no-one getting back to us eventually called again and booked a service for 8:30 Saturday morning and informed the service manager that I would have to stay around due to us living over an hour away. Arrived at 8:15 and sat patiently in the car park until opening time at 8:30 only to be told there were 2 people in front of me and there was nothing on the booking to say I was waiting in the showroom. What's the point in booking a time if other people can then jump the queue?
