  purchase some files from the store yesterday and wanted to buy a printer A3 colour, they put a call out for Dennis, who obviously is the printer specialist, who was nowhere to be seen he then appeared pushing an empty trolley and disappeared again, two members of staff standing around, ten minutes no one came, so at this stage it's time to vote with your feet and go and have a look at one of staples competitors, shame as i have always had good service in the past thought dennis could have got the two people standing round to move the trolley, or they could have even come across and showed some interest
