Reviews about Palmers of Lincoln

Palmers of Lincoln re-designed and fitted our kitchen. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish and the end result is stunning! Our designer, Dawn Owen, understood exactly what we wanted and included everything on our wishlist (and more!). The units are of a very high quality and beautifully finished - we have even been asked if we had them hand-crafted. The worktops, flooring and appliances just enhance the whole look. We would recommend Palmers without hesitation.

Disappointed and disillusioned. I entrusted Palmers of Lincoln to supply and install a new kitchen. Whilst the product was good, the installation and customer care was not. Installation was unprofessionally and carelessly managed and customer care/liaison was almost non existent. My wife and I thought that Palmers would look after our interest and ensure that the work was done professionally, we are sadly disillusioned, in fact we felt left alone and had to remonstrate with the installers when things were going wrong. Promises from Palmers to, 'get back to you immediately' were not kept. I had to remove the skirting boards from the units today prior to having flooring material laid and had to remove a lot of packing from underneath the units: screws dowels and lumps of concrete! Regretfully I cannot recommend this firm to my friends or anyone else. ,

Have had 2 projects done by Palmers (both bedroom furniture). The first went really well, so I asked for a direct copy in 2 other rooms. This did not go well at all, I ended up with different size, design and colour. It took in excess of 6 months to come to a rather unsatisfactory compromise agreement and 2 very expensive rooms that are just not what I wanted. Complaints handling is dreadful with calls not being returned and veiled threats. Interestingly I was told during the process of resolving the second issue that the first had been 'accidentally' correct. In summary, great products, lack of attention to detail and wouldn't recommend or use again.
