  I had an excellent experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln. Everyone I came into contact with was polite and professional. When I came to buy my car the gentleman who helped me was informative and understanding of various decisions and wouldn’t push simply for the company. They’re a very customer focused company who think about you more than about the money they’ll be gaining and I will definitely be getting me future cars from Volkswagen!

  We bought a used Golf from here, but we then discovered it had not been serviced prior to sale. We spoke with Chris the Service Manager, who agreed to them servicing the car at no cost. We did not have to argue, and we even got a free lift to town and back. When we collected the car, it had been washed and cleaned, inside and out. We were delighted.
